Funny Girl (Assistant Director/Lighting Design)

You never know when you're at a turning point until you've crossed it, and for Anita that turning point was Funny Girl. Before this show, she could claim that she liked theatre, and she liked to do shows. Now she can say that theatre is what she does, and that Funny Girl was a show she liked being a part of. Funny Girl didn't make that change happen mind you, it was just the show she was doing when it did happen. Anita would like to thank the cast for working so hard, and for doing such a great job, and to thank Chris for just being wonderful. Thanks greatly to her patient and supportive husband, and a special thank you to the City of Dayton for recognizing what Anita has experienced, that the Dayton Play House is a treasure worth preserving. She looks forward to seeing you all next season.
