Renee is thrilled to return to the Playhouse.  Theatre Credits include: Regional: Sinclair College Theatre: Something’s Afoot and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum Springfield Civic Theatre/Summer Arts Festival: Anything Goes, Dayton Playhouse: Fiddler on the Roof (2007), Dayton Theatre Guild: The Beard of Avon (2007) Cincinnati Playhouse: A Christmas Carol (2005), Voice of the City (Human Race Theatre Company), Nefertiti, The Musical (HRTC), Green Gables (Victoria Theatre Assn/Human Race Theatre Company), WAS (World Premier – HRTC), The Spitfire Grill (HRTC), Moby Dick, The Musical! (HRTC), Prometheus Dreams (World Premier-HRTC), King Island Christmas (HRTC), You Call That Opera?(Sorg Opera Company), The Klucking of Hens, Shaw & Twain Do Lunch and Sentimental Journey (FutureFest). Cabaret: A Couple O’Broadway Broads with Joan Harrah and Raymonde Rougier Ms. Reed’s extensive opera and oratorio credits include roles with Michigan Opera Theatre, Dayton Opera, Dayton Philharmonic, and Dayton Ballet. The winner of the 2004 and 2005 DayTony Award for Excellence Best Supporting Actress - Professional Production, Renee’ received a 2007 Blackburn Award and 2007 DayTony Award for Excellence Best Actress as Golda in the Dayton Playhouse production of Fiddler on the Roof and the 2007 Murphy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance as Queen Elizabeth I in the Dayton Theatre Guild production of The Beard of Avon.   Renee will next be seen recreating her award winning performance as Golda in Fiddler on the Roof at the Sorg Opera in Middletown at the end of October.  Renee maintains a private vocal studio in Dayton and shares her home with her furry children, Sophie, Skyler and MizKitty.  Many thanks and love to Amy, Chris and Marabeth for all their help, support and friendship!
